I've devoted my life to this work because I've lived both sides of the spectrum — as the executive running a global mission in the space industry, and the woman deepening into her feminine essence through her body and inner wisdom.

I wouldn't have had so much success without both.

My journey has been a weaving of space exploration and personal transformation.

As former Executive Director for Space for Humanity, I led the first non-profit in human history to send civilians into space (I've supported with 6 commercial astronauts!).

I've been featured at more than 100 events worldwide, and have been interviewed, mentioned or quoted in outlets including CNN, VICE, ABC News, PBS, Business Insider, USA Today, NPR, and others.

While I was breaking ground in the space industry, I was also on a parallel path — exploring inner space. What started as a personal exploration became my deepest passion.

For more than a decade, I've devoted myself to the study and practice of feminine embodiment, somatic therapy, developmental psychology, and trauma healing across multiple lineages and teachers.

I've guided hundreds of women to awaken their aliveness and feminine power through embodied practice — in private mentorship, group programs, and classes around the world.

Women who start this work don't want to stop. They stay because something real shifts. Through the body, not just the mind.

And this work isn't about me teaching you what's best for your life. It's about you learning — through your own innate, embodied intelligence — how to access your inner wisdom, and expand your capacity for how great life gets to be.

Now, I guide women who are ready to lead from their bodies, their intuition, and their feminine power.

The world needs the feminine. It is up to each of us to discover her within.
