For more than a decade, my journey has been a weaving of space exploration and personal transformation.

As Executive Director of Space for Humanity, I wove partnerships across the commercial space sector with organizations like Virgin Galactic, Axiom, and Blue Origin. I've spoken on stages around the world, and my work has been featured in outlets including CNN, ABC News, PBS, Business Insider, USA Today, and NPR.

But when I stepped into that visionary mission at the age of 21 (!), fresh out of school with an aerospace engineering degree and little leadership experience, I realized something quickly: this mission was bigger than anything I could have imagined. And the person who was going to bring it to fruition would not be the person I was at that moment.

And if I wanted to be that person, I would have to grow to become her.

So I devoted myself.

Years of leadership training, transformational work, coaching, and somatic study. My leadership transformed — and we reached mission fruition, becoming the first non-profit in human history to send civilians to space.

That experience taught me the thing I now build all of my work around: the mission doesn't just need your strategy. It needs your becoming.

Otherwise, the mission will outgrow you.

The Work Itself

My coaching weaves the strategic and the personal. In real life, they were never separate.

We work on what's in front of you: the decisions, the team, the raise, the pressure. And we work on what's underneath it: the patterns, the doubts, the inner critic, the parts of you that got you here but won't get you there.

I draw from years of training across coaching, leadership development, and somatic study. Which means we don't just think through your challenges — we work with your whole system. The intelligence that lives deeper than strategy.

This work isn't about me telling you what's best for your life. It's about you learning to access your own inner knowing. From there, let's expanding your capacity for how great life and leadership get to be.
