Rachel Lyons is the Executive Director of Space for Humanity, a non-profit organization which uses the spaceflight experience as a way to expand our perspectives on Earth. She is an executive coach for leaders working to create new paradigms for technology, relationships, and the world. 

As the Executive Director, Rachel has been a keynote or guest speaker for thousands at more than 100 live events. She has built successful relationships with the industry’s leading spaceflight providers including Virgin Galactic, Axiom, Blue Origin, and others.  Rachel has cultivated a robust network of donors, supporters, and advisors. Rachel oversaw sending two civilians into space, launching S4H into global headlines for audiences of hundreds of millions. Rachel has been cited by CNN, VICE, ABS News, PBS, Business Insider, USA Today, NPR, Cheddar News, and others. 

With the belief that inner transformation is what allows for personal impact, Rachel has devoted herself to thousands of hours of transformational work for nearly a decade — ranging from esoteric studies, to intensive leadership seminars, coaching training, embodied trauma release, and other modalities.
